In 1959, two men, Ross M. Mingay and William T. Grant had a vision to provide personalized insurance based on fairness, integrity and value.

Together, they founded Grant & Mingay Insurance, which quickly developed a reputation for providing personalized insurance services for residents of Windsor and Essex County.

Peter Mingay, son of Ross, began his career with the company in 1974. Peter’s son James Mingay joined the firm in 2003 as a third-generation member of the company.

Lisa Dean-Pinciuc has been serving clients at Grant and Mingay Insurance for more than 32 years. Tom Foster has more than 25 years in the business.

Throughout the years, Grant and Mingay has been at one location: 1369 Ouellette Avenue.
